- Host Hansjörg will take you straight to our organic farm for a farm talk. A special aperitif awaits you: homemade vegetable juices, crispy vegetable chips, and fresh salads—we'll see what the soil has to offer.
- Syrup & Chutney Workshop: Think elderberry syrup is the classic? Far from it. Together we'll make syrups from herbs and vegetables and try our hand at delicious chutneys, from sweet to savory – perfect for you to enjoy at home.
