There is nothing more beautiful under the sun than to be under the sun

The month of May is now drawing to a close, and June is just around the corner. Here in Vinschgau, we have long since entered a very special time of year—early summer.

It brings with it its own energy and a magical brightness.
The days grow long, the evenings soft and warm, and everything seems to become a little lighter.

Sometimes fresh air still hangs over the meadows in the morning, while in the afternoon sunlight shimmers through the dense green leaves. In this bright season, windows, paths, and thoughts open up—as if the world were breathing more slowly for a few weeks while simultaneously becoming more alive.

Nature’s orientation “toward the heavens” is more than evident. Everything unmistakably strives toward ripening, unfolding, growing, and flourishing. But what does it look like within us—in the landscape of our souls? What are we invited to embrace, what inspires us?

Here at Matill, you have numerous opportunities to let the positive energies of this luminous half of the year work within you: Various yoga and meditation sessions with Laura open up spaces that are as healing as they are powerful, awakening your inner radiance.
Dynamic Sun Salutation sequences release old baggage and mobilize new vitality, while themed Hatha yoga classes strengthen inner fire, willpower, and creativity, and sharpen your awareness of abundance and gratitude. With Christin’s mindful sound healing, body and soul can deeply

But simply being active outdoors under the open sky offers countless ways to connect with yourself and the blossoming nature around you. Four to five days a week, guide Harald or host Charlotte will personally take you on a hike through the Val Venosta mountains—whether on thrilling summit tours or gentle alpine pasture hikes, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views and unparalleled experiences of nature.

Perhaps here you’ll discover the small and grand magical moments behind an ambitious hike, a mindful stroll, or a bike ride through the beautiful Vinschgau (early) summer landscape, whose unique beauty during these weeks invites you to pause and marvel.

So, what are you waiting for?
Pack your bags & treat yourself to a few days full of light, ease, and new inspiration here with us at Matill!
